# How to earn free shipping during a LIVE

Some sellers offer **free shipping** during their LIVE shows when you spend over a certain amount. Here’s how it works and what to expect.

### During the LIVE

* You pay for **items only** when you place an order
* Shipping is handled **after the LIVE ends**
* You’ll see if free shipping is available and how much you need to spend to qualify

### After the LIVE ends

* All orders you placed during the **same LIVE** are reviewed together
* If your total spend **meets the free shipping requirement**, shipping is **free**
* If not, the shipping fee is **automatically charged** to your default payment method

**If a shipping payment is needed:**

* You’ll have a payment window to complete the shipping fee
* Once shipping is settled, your order will be prepared for shipment

### Shipping pre-authorization (temporary hold)

After your first purchase during a LIVE, we’ll ask you to approve a **$30 temporary hold** on your payment method **in case shipping payment is needed**.

* This is **not a charge**, just a temporary hold
* Any unused amount is **automatically released** after the LIVE
* If your order qualifies for **free shipping**, the full $30 is returned
