# Embargoed Goods Policy

This policy is intended to comply with applicable U.S. sanctions laws and regulations. Items originating from certain countries or regions may not be listed, sold, or given away on Palmstreet.

#### Prohibited origins

Palmstreet does not allow items that directly or indirectly originate from:

* Cuba
* Iran
* North Korea
* Syria
* Crimea
* Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR)
* Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR)
* Kherson
* Zaporizhzhia

#### Coins, currency, and bullion

This policy also applies to coins, currency, bullion, and other collectibles minted, issued, or sourced from embargoed countries or regions.

Sellers may not:

* Mislabel an item’s origin
* Omit known origin information
* Attempt to bypass this policy by routing items through another country

#### Seller responsibility

Sellers are responsible for making sure their items comply with all applicable laws and accurately reflect the item’s origin.

#### Enforcement

Violations may result in:

* Listing removal
* Warnings
* Suspension of selling privileges
* Permanent account removal in severe or repeated cases
