# How to go LIVE from Seller Hub

Seller Hub lets you start and manage your scheduled LIVE shows from a desktop computer. For many sellers used to streaming on OBS, we have now combined both streaming experiences on one desktop device.

You can now go LIVE using:

* **Web Camera** — stream directly from your browser using your computer's camera and microphone
* **OBS Studio** — connect OBS for a more professional setup with external cameras, overlays, scenes, and screen sharing

Seller Hub is ideal if you want to stream from a desktop, use external cameras or microphones, preview your stream on a larger screen, or manage your LIVE with more control than a phone-only setup.

### Before you start

Make sure you have:

* A scheduled LIVE show created in the Palmstreet app
* Access to Seller Hub on a desktop computer
* Google Chrome installed
* A stable internet connection
* A camera and microphone, if using web camera
* OBS Studio installed and configured, if using OBS

**Note:** Desktop LIVE is currently supported on **Google Chrome**. Some features may be limited based on account access or rollout status.

### Step 1: Schedule your LIVE show in the Palmstreet app

Before you can start a show from Seller Hub, schedule the LIVE in the Palmstreet app.

For testing purposes, you can create a **Private LIVE** so only you can access and view the stream.

Once scheduled, your show will appear in Seller Hub under **LIVE**.

### Step 2: Open the LIVE page in Seller Hub

1. Go to [Seller Hub](https://seller.palmstreet.app/).
2. Log in to your seller account.
3. Click **LIVE** in the left navigation.
4. Find your scheduled show.

Your LIVE page shows upcoming and active shows. If you do not see your show, confirm that it was scheduled in the Palmstreet app and refresh Seller Hub.

### Step 3: Choose how you want to stream

Seller Hub supports two ways to stream: directly through your browser using a web camera, or through OBS Studio for a more advanced setup. On your scheduled LIVE show card, choose one of the available options:

* **Use Web Camera** — stream directly from your browser using your computer camera and microphone.
* **Use OBS Studio** — connect OBS Studio to Palmstreet for scenes, overlays, external cameras, and more advanced production.

**Note:** Some sellers may only see Use Web Camera. OBS access may depend on account permissions or feature availability.

Use this option if you want the fastest way to go LIVE from your computer.

1. Click **Use Web Camera**.
2. Allow Chrome to access your camera and microphone.
3. Select your preferred camera and microphone.
4. Review your preview.
5. Click **Start Streaming** when ready.

Use this option if you want to stream with OBS scenes, external cameras, screen capture, overlays, or a more polished setup.

1. Open OBS Studio on your computer.
2. In Seller Hub, click **Use OBS Studio**.
3. Click **Connect OBS**.
4. Once connected, review your stream settings and preview.
5. Click **Start streaming** in Seller Hub when you are ready.

### What you can do during desktop LIVE

While streaming from Seller Hub, several powerful tools are available to help manage your LIVE in real time:

* **Monitor performance in real time** — view live earnings and incoming orders as they happen
* **Send comments from desktop** — engage directly with your audience without switching devices. Comments can be filtered to prioritize questions and moderator messages.
* **Track your LIVE activity** — see pinned products, giveaways, auctions, and other activity throughout the show

### Pause, resume, or end your desktop LIVE

While your show is live, you can use Seller Hub to manage the stream status:

* Click Pause LIVE if you need a short break.
* Click Resume LIVE to continue a paused show.
* Click End LIVE when you are finished.

### Use the Palmstreet mobile app during desktop LIVE

During your LIVE show, continue using the Palmstreet mobile app to interact with your audience. Use the app to:

* View and reply to comments
* Pin products
* Manage your live selling flow
* Interact with viewers in real time

### Tips for a Successful Stream

* Use a stable internet connection.
* Close unnecessary applications before going LIVE.
* Test your camera and microphone before starting.
* Connect OBS before clicking Start Streaming.
* Use only one browser tab or device to control the same LIVE show.
* Keep Chrome updated for the best experience.
