# Set up LIVE Printer for automatic LIVE sale labels

LIVE Printer helps sellers automatically print small sale labels while a LIVE show is running. Each label can include the item name, buyer name, price, order number, and sale time, so you can organize purchases during the show and pack faster afterward.

LIVE Printer is for sale/order organization labels. It is not a shipping label, postage label, tracking label, or packing slip.

### Before you start

You’ll need:

* A compatible thermal label printer connected to your computer
* The latest printer driver installed
* QZ Tray installed and running on your computer
* Label paper that matches one of the supported label sizes

Supported label sizes include:

* 2.25" × 1.25" — most popular
* 2.125" × 1" — DYMO 30252 size

### How to open LIVE Printer

1. Log in to [**Seller Hub**](https://seller.palmstreet.app/).
2. Go to the **LIVE** page.
3. Find the LIVE show you want to print labels for.
4. Click **LIVE Printer**.
5. A new LIVE Printer window will open for that specific LIVE.

Keep this LIVE Printer window open during your show. Closing the window will stop automatic label printing.

### Step 1: Install QZ Tray

LIVE Printer uses QZ Tray to connect Seller Hub to your local printer.

1. In the LIVE Printer setup window, click **Download QZ Tray**.
2. Install QZ Tray on your computer.
3. Make sure QZ Tray is open/running.
4. Also install your printer’s driver if you have not already done so.
5. Return to LIVE Printer and click **Next step**.

### Step 2: Choose your printer and label size

1. Under **Choose a Printer**, select your label printer. (If you do not see your printer, click **Refresh printer list**.)
2. Select your label size.
3. Select your printer DPI if needed.
4. Optional: open **Advanced settings** to adjust print mode, rotation, fit-to-label, margin, or label offset.
5. Click **Print test label**.
6. If the test label looks correct, click **Finish set up**.

### Using LIVE Printer during a show

After setup, the LIVE Printer dashboard will show:

* The connected LIVE show
* Printer connection status
* The latest printed label
* A print queue
* Recent print history

When a buyer makes a purchase during the connected LIVE, LIVE Printer can automatically print a label. Leave the window open and keep your computer awake while the show is running.

### Important notes

* LIVE Printer labels are for organizing LIVE purchases; they do not replace shipping labels or packing slips.
* If you purchase shipping labels through Palmstreet, continue using the normal order/shipment workflow.
* If you ship on your own, continue adding tracking through the normal order/shipment workflow.
* For best results, set up and test LIVE Printer before your show starts.
