# How to invite and sell with a Guest Seller in a LIVE

Guest Seller lets a host invite another seller to sell their own products during the host’s LIVE. Buyers can shop both sellers’ listings in the same show, while each seller manages their own products, orders, earnings, and fulfillment.

### Before you start

* The guest seller must follow the host before the host can find and invite them.
* Each LIVE supports one guest seller. To invite someone else, the host must remove the current guest seller first.
* Guest seller is not available for recurring LIVEs, Combined Checkout, or LIVEs using Deferred Shipping—the free-shipping threshold option.

### For hosts: Invite a guest seller

1. On the Create or Edit LIVE page, go to the **Guest Seller** section.
2. Search for the seller's username. If you cannot find them, confirm that they follow your Palmstreet account.
3. Send the invitation. The Guest Seller will receive a direct message with the invitation link.

Only one Guest Seller can be invited to a LIVE. To invite someone else, remove the current guest seller first.

### For hosts: Manage a guest seller

1. Open the Edit LIVE page and go to the **Guest Seller** section.
2. View the guest seller's listings or remove the guest seller from the LIVE.

Removing a guest seller removes their unsold listings from this LIVE and returns them to the guest seller's shop inventory. Existing orders are not canceled and remain the guest seller's responsibility.

### For guest sellers: Accept the invitation

1. Open the direct message from the host and tap **View Guest Seller Invitation**.
2. Review the Guest Selling information. Tap **Accept** to join the LIVE, or **Decline** if you do not want to participate.

Once accepted, the guest seller can begin adding listings to the LIVE.

### For guest sellers: Add your listings to the LIVE

1. Open the invited LIVE and tap the **Shop** or **Listings** icon.
2. Add eligible listings from your shop, or create a new listing.
3. You can use the seller filter to switch between All listings, My listings, and Listings from host.

Guest sellers can add listings before the LIVE starts or while the LIVE is in progress.

### During the LIVE

* The host controls which listings are pinned and shown to buyers, including guest seller listings.
* Guest Sellers can continue adding eligible listings during the LIVE and can make limited edits to their own listings.
* Guest sellers can create Giveaways for the LIVE, but only the host can start or restart them. The Giveaway remains owned by the guest seller.
* For the best buyer experience, guest sellers are encouraged to join the host through dual-stream so buyers can interact with both sellers. (Learn more in [How to co-stream your LIVE show](/seller/live-management/how-to-co-stream-your-live-show.md))

### Orders, shipping, and earnings

* Each listing, order, and payment remains with the seller who owns the listing.
* The guest seller’s shipping settings apply to their orders. They do not use the host LIVE’s shipping settings.
* The guest seller is responsible for their inventory and order fulfillment, including shipping, tracking, returns, and refunds.
* The guest seller keeps the earnings from their own sales. There is no revenue sharing with the host, and Palmstreet selling and payment-processing fees apply.
