Step 1: Set Up Your Livestream

  1. Go to the Palmstreet app and schedule a LIVE show.

For your first test, you can set it to Private so only you can view it.

  2. Log in to Seller Hubarrow-up-right and find your upcoming show under LIVE. You’ll see two options:

    • Use Web Camera – to go live directly in your browser.

    • Use OBS Studio – to connect your OBS setup for more control.

  3. Select Use OBS Studio to continue.

💡 Important: Live streaming is supported only on the Chrome browser. Please ensure you’re using Chrome. If you don’t see the Use OBS Studio option after scheduling your livestream, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

Step 2: Download and Install OBS

  1. Visit obsproject.comarrow-up-right and download the version for your operating system (Windows, macOS, or Linux).

  2. Follow the installation instructions.

  3. Launch OBS — you’ll see a blank canvas where you can build your livestream scene.

💡 Tip: You only need to set up OBS once. It will save your settings for future streams.

  • If you are a Foundation seller and have access to HD streaming, you may set both Base and Output Resolution to 1080 × 1920.

  • If your account does not support HD, your stream will automatically be limited to 720 × 1280, even if OBS is set to a higher resolution.

  • Palmstreet uses a vertical format, so always use a 9:16 resolution to ensure your stream displays correctly on mobile.
