# Released Sales Earnings in Your Wallet

**"Total earned"** means the **released sales earnings** after the deduction of Palmstreet selling fee and processing fee charged by payment or installment service provider.

For **new sellers**, only **once the order is being delivered** that the sales earnings will be released.

For **trusted sellers**, the sales earnings will be released **once the order is in-transit,** yet please kindly note we rely on **shippo** to to **sync up the shipping status** of the carrier to our system which may take **up to 24 hours**.
