Manage shipments on Palmstreet app

We’ve updated the shipping experience to make it clearer, faster, and fully mobile-friendly.

You can now manage shipments and purchase shipping labels directly in the Palmstreet app—no need to switch to Seller Hub on desktop.

This update keeps your familiar workflow, while giving you better visibility and control over your shipments.

What you can do in the app

With shipment management on mobile, you can now:

  • Purchase shipping labels directly from your phone

  • Automatically create shipments when buying labels

  • View and manage shipments separately from orders

  • Track shipment status from label creation to delivery

What’s Updated

1. Shipping labels are available on mobile

You can now:

  • Purchase shipping labels directly on mobile

  • Continue using your existing workflow

When a label is purchased, the system will automatically create the corresponding shipment

2. Shipping is now organized by shipments

  • Orders are automatically grouped into shipments

  • Shipping progress is tracked at the shipment level

This provides a clearer view of what has been prepared, shipped, and delivered.

3. Order and shipment statuses are separated

To improve clarity, we’ve separated:

  • Order-related views (e.g. Ready to fullfill, Cancellations)

  • Shipment-related views (e.g. Needs Label, In Transit, Completed)

This ensures that fulfillment and delivery progress are easier to understand.

4. Shipment tracking is more structured

In My Sales, shipment progress is now organized into the following tabs:

  • Needs Label – Shipment created, label not yet purchased

  • Label Created – Shipping label has been generated

  • In Transit – Shipment is on the way

  • Completed – Shipment completed

All shipments are grouped at the shipment level rather than individual orders

Seller Hub is still available

You can continue using Seller Hub for desktop shipment management, bulk workflows, and other seller tools. The Palmstreet app now gives you a mobile-friendly way to manage the same core shipping workflow from your phone.
