   Available only in conversations with buyers who have an **In Progress** order. The button is visible for reptile sellers and will not appear for completed orders.
2. **Customize the Message and Shipping Dates**\
   Edit the default message if needed. Tap **Next** then select available shipping dates before sending.
3. **Save and Send**\
   Deliver the form to the buyer.
