# How to Join the Foundation Program
**\*\*2/3/2026 - Enrollment in the Foundation Program is now open with new requirements.**
We’re excited to announce the launch of Palmstreet Foundation, a free program designed to help you unlock greater rewards, flexibility, and opportunities for selling success! Starting January 1st, 2025, this program will replace the former Palmstreet Exclusive Program and offer even more ways to support your growth as a seller on Palmstreet.
### **Who Can Join?**
If you’ve generated a minimum of **$25,000+ in GMV on Palmstreet over the past 3 months**, you’re eligible to apply for the Foundation Program, while agreeing to sell exclusively on Palmstreet as your live shopping platform. This exclusivity applies only to live selling and does not include platforms like Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.
If you decide to leave the program, you can reapply after a **three-month waiting period**. However, upon re-entry to the program you will restart at Tier 1.

### Foundation Program FAQs
Do you still have questions about the Foundation Program? Keep reading for answers:
**What Does it Mean to Live Sell Exclusively with Palmstreet?**\
To be a Foundation member, you agree not to live sell on other competing live selling platforms. You can still live sell on social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
**What Do the Different Tiers Mean?**\
Foundation Tiers are a way to track the length of time you’ve been in the program. When you join the Foundation Program, you start in Tier 1. Every 6 months you move to the next tier and get a greater percentage of cashback from your seller fees.
**What is Cashback?**\
Cashback is a percentage of your total seller fees that you receive in the form of cash at the end of every month. Tier 1 members start at 0.25% and every 6 months you move into a higher tier. Cashback is processed the first week of every month directly to your Palmstreet wallet.
**Is the Foundation Program a Selling Plan?**\
No, the Foundation Program is separate from your selling plan. If you joined Palmstreet prior to March 2025, you may be enrolled in a selling plan that requires a monthly fee in exchange for lower selling fees. Your Foundation membership is not affected by your selling plan.
**Does the Foundation Program Cost Me Anything?**\
No, the Foundation Program is free to join and you will be accepted based on the selling criteria previously listed!
**Please Note**: Inclusion in the Foundation Program is dependent on the seller’s compliance with the following requirements:
* The seller agrees not to sell live on competing live-selling platforms.
* The seller must follow all Palmstreet community guidelines.
Palmstreet reserves the right to remove sellers from the Foundation Program at any time. Sellers who have been suspended or banned from using the Palmstreet app are subject to removal from the Foundation Program.
### **Seller on the old Exclusive Program?**
Not a worry! We've grandfathered all previously applied and accepted Exclusive program sellers to be included in the new Foundation Program. No need to reapply!
