How to view and join seller campaigns in the Palmstreet app

Palmstreet’s in-app Campaign Hub is where eligible sellers can view available seller campaigns, learn about campaign rules and rewards, and apply or join when supported.

Before you start

To access seller campaigns:

  • Use Seller App version 8.78 or later.

  • Log in with a seller account.

  • Go to Profile → Settings → Campaign in the app.

If you do not see the Campaign entry point, please update your app, restart the app, or log out and log back in. If Campaign still isn't available, please contact Palmstreet Support.

What you can do in the Campaign Hub

In the Campaign Hub, you may be able to:

  • View active campaigns.

  • Read campaign descriptions, rules, rewards, and dates.

  • Join eligible campaigns directly.

  • Apply for campaigns that require review.

  • Check your application or participation status.

  • Open campaign links when a campaign uses an external page.

Note: Only active campaigns are displayed in the app.


Weekend Wonder campaigns

Weekend Wonder campaigns allow sellers to join weekly campaign opportunities directly in the app. No manual review is required.

How to join a Weekend Wonder campaign

  • Open the Seller App.

  • Go to Profile → Settings → Campaign.

  • Select the Weekend Wonder campaign card.

  • Review the campaign details, rules, rewards, and available weekly campaign dates.

  • Tap Join for the week you want to participate in.

After joining, the status will show as Joined.

Important notes about Weekend Wonder

  • Weekend Wonder participation is managed on a weekly basis.

  • Joining one week does not automatically enroll you in future weeks.

  • You can join different weeks separately when they are available.

  • If withdrawal is supported, tapping Joined may allow you to leave that week's campaign and return the status to Join.

Auto-enrollment for Weekend Wonder

If you want to automatically participate in future Weekend Wonder campaigns, you can enable auto-enrollment.

To enable or disable auto-enrollment:

  • Open the Weekend Wonder campaign detail page.

  • Find the Auto-enroll toggle.

  • Turn the toggle on or off.

Note: Auto-enrollment only applies to future campaign weeks. It may not affect the current week if that campaign has already been created or joined.


Unicorn Giveaway campaigns

Unicorn Giveaway campaigns require an application and approval before participation.

How to apply

  • Open the Seller App.

  • Go to Profile → Settings → Campaign.

  • Select the Unicorn Giveaway campaign card.

  • Tap Apply.

  • Select one of your live shows.

  • Enter the giveaway details, such as item name, quantity, value, and how viewers can participate.

  • Submit your application.

After submitting, your application status will show as In review.

Application status

You can tap View application to check your status.

  • In review: Your application has been submitted and is waiting for review.

  • Approved: Your application has been approved.

  • Rejected: Your application was not approved. If a rejection reason is available, it will be shown in the app.

If your application is rejected, you may be able to apply again after updating the information or correcting the issue.

Application requirements

  • You must select your own live show.

  • A live show can only have one active Unicorn Giveaway application at a time.

  • Giveaway details should be clear and accurate so the review team can evaluate the application.

  • Sellers may submit multiple live streams for Unicorn Giveaway consideration.


Other campaigns

Some campaigns in the Campaign Hub are informational only. These campaigns may include details such as campaign time, rules, rewards, or an external link.

If a campaign does not show a Join or Apply button, it may not support in-app participation. Please follow the instructions shown on the campaign page.


FAQs

Why can’t I see Campaign in the app?

Make sure:

  • You're using Seller App version 8.78 or later.

  • You're logged in with a seller account.

  • You've restarted the app or logged out and back in.

If the issue persists, contact Palmstreet Support.

Why can't I see a specific campaign?

Only active campaigns are displayed. Some campaigns are only available during certain dates.

Does Weekend Wonder require approval?

No. Weekend Wonder enrollment is approved directly after you join.

When does Weekend Wonder auto-enrollment take effect?

Auto-enrollment applies to future campaign weeks. It may not apply to the current week if that campaign week has already been created.

Why is my Unicorn Giveaway application still in review?

Unicorn Giveaway applications require review before they can be approved.

Can I apply again if my Unicorn Giveaway application is rejected

In most cases, yes. Review the rejection reason if one is provided, update your application details, and submit again if reapplication is available.
