# How to conduct payouts via Stripe on Palmstreet

#### Introduction of the Stripe ACH.

In order to streamline and **enhance the payout experience of sellers**, we reached a partnership with Stripe, a leading payment processing company, allowing sellers to **withdraw** large amount sales earnings **via Stripe ACH** on **Palmstreet**.

#### Setting Up Your Palmstreet Stripe Account.

To initiate the Stripe onboarding process for your Palmstreet Stripe Account, simply select the "Stripe ACH" option for your payout request.

Then, you are supposed to **verify** your **email** and **phone number**.

After that, you are required to **fill in** your personal **or** business details.

Once your personal and business details are verified, you can **link** **your bank** account or **debit card** for payouts.

Then, carefully **review all info and submit**.

To continue, return to the **Transfer my balance** main page and initiate the withdrawal through Stripe ACH for a more stable payout service when handling large amounts.

**Why have to register a new stripe account on Palmstreet if I already got a stripe account?**

Because the stripe account registered outside of our Platform is not eligible to cash out Palmstreet balance.

**How long will the payout process take after submitting the request via Stripe ACH?**

It normally takes no more than 3 business days for the funds to reach your bank account or debit card.\
**What to do if unable to complete binding process of opening Stripe within the app?**
