## Bulk Edit and Improved Listings in Seller Hub

The upgraded Listings page in [**Seller Hub**](https://seller.palmstreet.app/) is your all-in-one place to create, edit, and manage your inventory more efficiently. Listings created or updated in Seller Hub automatically sync with the Palmstreet app—so you don’t need to update them in multiple places. Whether you're updating a few items or managing hundreds of listings, this new experience helps you move faster and stay organized.

## Put Orders on Hold

The Put on Hold feature lets you pause an order before shipping it. This is useful when you need to delay shipping due to weather, buyer requests, or other reasons. Instead of tracking it manually, you can now manage held orders directly in [**Seller Hub**](https://seller.palmstreet.app/).

## Shipping Insurance & Signature

Shipping insurance & Signature is an optional protection you can add when purchasing a shipping label on Palmstreet. It helps cover your eligible package in case it is lost or damaged during transit.

## Create Shipment for Order Fulfillment

We’ve updated the shipment workflow to improve order fulfillment. If you use ShipStation to purchase shipping labels, you now need to create a Shipment in Palmstreet before syncing orders to ShipStation.&#x20;

## Unified Inventory Management

We’ve upgraded Palmstreet’s inventory system to make managing listings easier across all sales channels. Your listings now stay automatically synced between Marketplace (Shop), LIVE shows, and Purges, so when an item sells in one place, the quantity updates everywhere. You can also reuse listings for future events without recreating them, helping you sell across multiple channels with less manual work.

## Live Flash Sale

Live Flash Sale lets you add a time-limited discount to a listing during your LIVE show. Once you start a flash sale, a countdown timer appears and stays active until it ends. This helps create urgency during your live stream and encourages faster purchases.&#x20;

## Manually Claim Coupons

Some promotions include Manually Claim Coupons, which you need to claim before using at checkout. When available, you may see a prompt on your Home screen. After claiming, it will appear in My Coupons and can be selected during checkout.

## Shopping Cart

The Shopping Cart lets you add multiple marketplace items, review them together, and manage your purchases in one place. You can add items from different sellers to your cart and check out when you’re ready.

## Message Safety Warning

Palmstreet now shows a warning when a direct message contains sensitive or suspicious content. You’ll also see a confirmation before opening links from non-official domains, helping you stay safe from scams.

Want a closer look during a livestream? Use a two-finger pinch gesture to zoom in on the video and explore product details up close—like textures, finishes, or craftsmanship. Zoom in to inspect the details and feel more confident about your purchase, all while staying in the live show.&#x20;
