# Add Shipping Preset

Shipping preset in Seller Hub offer a scalable solution to simplify this process. By saving frequently used shipping configurations, sellers can significantly reduce the time required to create shipping labels while improving consistency across orders.

### What Is Shipping Preset

A Shipping Preset is a customizable template that store shipping parameters—such as package weight, dimensions, and preferred shipping service. Once configured, a preset can be applied to one or more orders with just a few clicks.

#### **Ideal for Standardized and High-Volume Shipping**

Shipping Preset is especially useful for sellers who:

* Ship items with standardized sizes or weights
* Frequently fulfill bundled or multi-item orders
* Manage a high volume of shipments on a daily basis

### How It Works

Shipping presets can be configured and applied directly in Seller Hub. Follow these steps to set up and use presets effectively:

**1.** Navigate to **More actions > New shipping preset** at the bottom-right of the **My orders** page.

**2.** Select **Add preset** and input frequently used shipping details such as weight, dimensions, and delivery service.\
**Note:**

* The first preset created is automatically set as the default.
* Additional presets can be manually set as default.
* Up to five presets can be saved to accommodate different shipping needs.

**3.** Select orders to **Continue** purchasing shipping labels using the default preset. To apply a different preset, select **More actions**.

**4.** Presets can also be changed manually on an individual order level if needed.
