# Add Shop Guidelines

The Shop Guideline feature on Palmstreet provides sellers with a dedicated space to define their shop policies. Sellers have the flexibility to include any policies necessary—whether it’s return policies, shipping terms, or other key information. This feature streamlines the communication of shop rules, ensuring clarity and reducing the need for repeated explanations.

**Key Benefits**

* **Clear Policies, Less Confusion**: Shop guidelines ensure buyers have all the information they need upfront, reducing misunderstandings and leading to smoother transactions.
* **Integrate with LIVE Show Notes:** Guidelines can be added to LIVE show notes, making them easily accessible to buyers during LIVE shows.
* **Efficient and Streamlined**: Once the guidelines are set, buyers can refer to them anytime—whether within LIVE show notes, on the Checkout page, or on Marketplace listing pages—minimizing the need for repeated clarifications.

#### **Add Shop Guidelines**

* **Add Shop Guidelines**: Shop guidelines can be added directly from the **Profile** page. Policies can be created and customized based on shop needs.
* **Add to Live Show Notes**: Enable the option to add guidelines to LIVE show notes, ensuring buyers can view policies during LIVE shows.

To start using the Shop Guideline feature, ensure the Palmstreet app is updated to version 8.13.0 or later.
