# What Can Be Sold on Palmstreet

All prospective sellers must apply to be a live seller - please review [**Applying To Become a Live Seller on Palmstreet**](/~/changes/249/seller/seller-tools/palmstreet-seller-handbook/understanding-the-seller-application.md) for more information.

The following items and categories are allowed for sale on Palmstreet:

* **Plants** - Must meet all requirements contained in [**Seller Community Guidelines**](/~/changes/249/seller/seller-tools/palmstreet-seller-handbook/seller-community-guidelines.md)
* **Live Animals** - Must meet all requirements contained in [Approved Animals](/~/changes/249/seller/seller-tools/palmstreet-seller-handbook/approved-animals.md) and [**Reptile Policies & Ethics**](/~/changes/249/guidelines-and-policies/reptile-policies-and-ethics.md)
* **Freshwater/Saltwater Creatures** - Must meet all requirements contained in [**Palmstreet Freshwater & Saltwater Creatures**](/~/changes/249/seller/seller-tools/palmstreet-seller-handbook/freshwater-and-saltwater-creatures.md)
* **Crystals**
* **Pottery**
* **Makers Items**
  * Handmade goods (pottery, clothing, art, etc.)
* **Lifestyle Products** - some examples include:
  * Beauty products
  * Candles
  * Essential oils
* **Intellectual Property (IP)Toys (i.e. Labubu and Mickey Mouse)**
  * ❌ no fake listings
* **Clothing & Fashion**
  * We will review all applications, and approve high quality ones
  * We look for: Luxury, vintage clothing and unique items
  * Sellers with neat and professional live setups will be prioritized
* **Food & Beverage**
  * We will review all applications, and approve high quality sellers
  * High quality seller signals: Commercial certifications, valid Cottage food permit, items must meet state requirements for packaging, labeling, and shipping.

* **Things on Palmstreet**
  * This is used as a placeholder for products that we occasionally test with select sellers to explore new product categories.
