Buyer Referral Zero Selling Fee Program

As of November, 18th, 2025, when a user from your community signs up for Palmstreet through your link or code and makes a purchase, you’ll pay zero selling fees on every transaction between you and that buyer going forward. As a seller, you will also earn $1 per sign up + $10 when the first order from the new user is placed. This program is designed to reward you, our sellers, for bringing your communities to Palmstreet!
You’ll earn more from every repeat purchase that user makes, helping you grow your business on our platform with ongoing orders at zero selling fees.
How a User Becomes Your Referred Buyer
A user is counted as your referred buyer when they sign up for Palmstreet through:
Your referral link
Your invite code - See how buyers can enter it
Your profile link shared by your account
Your livestream link shared by your account
Once a user signs up through any of these methods, they will be permanently attributed to you. All future orders they place with you will have zero selling fees.
Disclaimer: Zero selling fees for referred buyers has a limit of $100k worth of Palmstreet purchases per buyer.

FAQs
When do I get zero selling fees?
Whenever a buyer you referred places their first order from your shop and any order after.
What if the buyer purchases from other sellers too?
Only the buyer’s orders from your shop will qualify for the zero selling fee.
Does this benefit apply to past orders from buyers I’ve referred?
This benefit applies only to new referred buyers.
Where can I find my referral link and invite code?
You can find your referral link and invite code under the Referrals page (via the gift icon) in the Palmstreet app. This is the easiest place to copy and share your invite details with your community.
Can I see which buyers I referred?
Yes — you can view all referral details in Palmstreet app under the Referrals page (via the gift icon).
I invited a buyer but they don’t show up on my referral list. How can I make sure they register as my referral?
A buyer can manually enter your invite code to register as your referral.
How can buyers redeem my invite code?
Go to Profile > Settings and find “Did a friend invite you?” under General.
Enter the invite code.
Note:
Invite codes are only valid for new users.
After 30 days, users are no longer eligible for referral rewards.
