How to add shop guidelines
The Shop Guideline feature on Palmstreet provides sellers with a dedicated space to define their shop policies. Sellers have the flexibility to include any policies necessary—whether it’s return policies, shipping terms, or other key information. This feature streamlines the communication of shop rules, ensuring clarity and reducing the need for repeated explanations.

Add Shop Guidelines
Shop guidelines can be added directly from the Profile page. Policies can be created and customized based on shop needs.
Enable the option to add guidelines to LIVE show notes, ensuring buyers can view policies during LIVE shows.

Manage Shop Guidelines
Last Updated Date: After the shop guidelines are added, a last updated date will appear. Click to share or re-edit the guidelines as needed.
Share or Edit: Tap the Share icon to copy the guideline link and distribute it to buyers. Tap the Edit icon to update, delete, or toggle the “Add to LIVE show notes” option.

Easy Access for Buyers
Shop guidelines can be accessed by buyers across multiple touchpoints, including LIVE show notes, the LIVE show/Purge Checkout page, and Marketplace Listing detail pages.
