How to generate a shipping manifest in Seller Hub

Shipping Manifest helps you hand off multiple packages to USPS faster by allowing the carrier to scan one barcode instead of scanning each package individually.

This feature is designed for sellers who ship multiple orders per day and want a faster, more reliable drop-off or pickup experience.

What is a Shipping Manifest?

A Shipping Manifest (Scan Form) is a summary document that groups all eligible USPS shipping labels you purchased on the same day into a single barcode.

When USPS scans the barcode, all included packages are marked as accepted at once—no individual scanning required.

Manifests must be generated on the same calendar day the labels are created and are grouped by ship-from address.

Good to know

  • The system displays available USPS scan form dates from the last 3 days.

  • You can only generate a Scan Form for today’s USPS shipments.

  • Shipping Manifests currently support USPS only.

How to generate a Shipping Manifest

  1. Go to Seller Hubarrow-up-right → Shipments

  2. Click Shipping Scan form in the top right (A red dot indicates there’s a new shipping date available for manifest generation.)

  3. Select an available USPS scan form to generate

  4. Download and print the scan form
