LIVE/Purge Show Enhancement Features are available for sellers in the 8.8.3 version of the app. After a LIVE/Purge has ended, the seller can track performances, view detailed data, replay videos, export summaries, manage unsold items, and import items from the shop to the Purge.
Sellers can now easily track and review past performances by viewing all the ended LIVE/Purge shows. To access detailed insights and statistics, simply tap on any ended show.
Replay Options:
Replay the Video: Tap the "replay" button to watch the full video of the specific LIVE/Purge show.
Navigate Through the Video: Use the time bar to navigate the video for specific moments.
The seller can export the full list of orders generated during a specific LIVE/Purge show with a single tap. This feature sends an email to the chosen address, providing a comprehensive order summary to help streamline your post-show processes.
All listings uploaded for specific LIVE/Purge shows can be viewed and selected for transfer to the marketplace shop.
Note: If a listing was previously transferred from the marketplace, it cannot be transferred back again. Such listings will not be available for selection as they will automatically return to the marketplace if unsold.
After scheduling a purge, use the "Import from your shop" option to add items. Simply browse the shop inventory, select the desired items, and click "Add Item."
Important Announcement: Purge Selling Fee Changes
Starting August 1st, when your plan enters the next cycle, your Purge selling fee will increase from 0.9% (promotional rate) to 2.9%.
Example:
If you are on the Hobby Plan and your next subscription date is August 10th:
August 1st - August 10th: The Purge fee rate remains 0.9%.
August 10th - September 10th: The Purge selling fee rate will be 2.9%.
