Earn Extra Lives!

The Live Quota Bonus is an automatic reward designed to help non-Foundation sellers maximize their sales potential. By exceeding the average sales of their category during a LIVE show, sellers who qualify will earn an additional quota. This bonus quota can be used for both LIVE and Purge events, giving sellers more opportunities to engage with buyers, increase sales, and expand presence on Palmstreet.

What is the Live Quota Bonus?

A Live Quota Bonus is an additional live session allowance awarded to sellers who achieve specific sales goal during a LIVE show. To qualify for the bonus, sellers must reach the total sales threshold (displayed as “Total sales” on the summary page) in a single LIVE show. Once the threshold is met specific sales goal, the bonus quota is automatically added to the seller’s account.

The thresholds vary by category:

  • Plant Lives: $1,500

  • Crystal Lives: $400

  • Makers Lives: $400

  • Reptile Lives: $3,200

  • Snake Lives: $2,000

  • Beauty Lives: $300

Palmstreet may support additional categories in the future.

How to Check Quota Balance

Easily check quota balance through the following methods:

  • From scheduling a live/purge: When scheduling a LIVE or Purge event, a prompt will appear at the top of the screen. Simply tap on the prompt to navigate directly to “My seller plan” page for more details.

  • From Profile: Alternatively, quota balance information can be accessed by going to Profile > Settings > My seller plan.

How to Check the Sales Goal

Each category has its own sales goal, which may change based on the average GMV for that category. Here's how to check the sales goal:

  1. On “My seller plan” page, tap "Learn more" button.

  2. A pop-up will appear with a category selector, providing the sales goal for the relevant category.

Quota Bonus Notification After LIVE

Once a LIVE show ends, if the sales goal for the category is met, a pop-up will appear notifying that the bonus quota has been unlocked. The quota will be automatically added to account, allowing more opportunities to schedule additional LIVE and Purge events.

Q: How are sales goals set, and can they change? A: Each category has its own sales goal, based on the average GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) within that category. These goals are subject to change and will be updated periodically based on overall category performance.

Q: Do the bonus quotas expire? A: Yes, bonus quotas must be used before the reset date. Sellers are encouraged to plan ahead and utilize the quotas within the given period to maximize opportunities for future LIVE and Purge events.

Q: Do Foundation sellers benefit from the Live Quota Bonus? A: Foundation sellers are already benefiting from the Foundation Program, which provides unlimited LIVE and Purge quotas.
